Youth@Work
CCD operates a variety of subsidized youth employment programs for eligible participants between the ages of 14 and 24. These programs offer paid work experience combined with work readiness and personal enrichment training, professional development workshops and financial education.

Have a work permit, if under 18 (Not needed if school is closed due to Covid-19)
Career assessments and counseling
20 work ready workshop
Up to 100-180 hours of paid work experience in one of our many sites.
Training in high sector industries
Flexible supervisors that work with your schedule
Every 10th and 25th of the month, until you've completed your hours.
Complete our online application. An intake specialist will be contacting you soon thereafter, with your eligibility status.
After enrollment, you will complete a paid 20 hour virtual workshop.
Our worksite coordinator will meet with you to discuss your career goals and internship opportunities.
